Service Description
We invite local, regional, and international food vendors who offer distinctive, high-quality culinary experiences that reflect cultural authenticity and creativity. All applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Cultural significance and originality will be key considerations in the selection of both craft and food vendors.
Cancellation Policy
Each vendor will be required to sign a contract confirming their understanding of the Hamilton World Music Festival Vendor Policy, as well as the specific terms outlined in the vendor agreement. Upon acceptance, contracts will be emailed to you for review, completion, and signature. Signed contracts must be returned to Matapa's office either by mail (to the address listed at the bottom of this document) or by email, no later than the deadline stated below.
